Roasted Milk Thistle Seeds

Mix 1 cup Milk Thistle seeds with a dash of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon each celery salt, garlic powder, ground kelp, and grapeseed oil. Spread evenly in a pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Check every few minutes, and stir to prevent scorching. Crunchy and delicious hot or cold. Keeps well in a tightly closed glass jar.
